At Villa Loyola, we strive to create a welcoming and enriching experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our refund policy carefully.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are based on the timing of your cancellation relative to your scheduled stay or event.
Refund Schedule

30 Days or More Before Arrival/Event:

Full refund of any deposits paid, minus a $50 administrative fee.

15 to 29 Days Before Arrival/Event:

50% refund of any deposits paid.

Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival/Event:

No refund will be issued.

Special Circumstances

Health and Emergencies: In the event of illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future stay.

COVID-19 or Other Pandemics: If a government mandate prevents travel or gatherings, full refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation timeline.
Meal Services

If you have purchased meal packages, refunds will be handled according to the same schedule as accommodation and meeting room bookings. However, once meals have been prepared (typically 48 hours prior to the event), we cannot issue refunds for unused meals.
No-Show Policy

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled stay or event without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
