The Spiritual Exercises

The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola were written out of the experience that Ignatius had of God. The Spiritual Exercises are an instrument to help persons come to freedom -a realised, existential freedom-freedom with oneself, and freedom within oneself- an ultimate freedom- that which accompanies deep awareness of the ultimate meaning of one’s life, which is a life lived for the greater glory of God.
Who am I? What are my desires? What is my place in this world? What decision do I have to make?

Through meditation of scripture passages and reflexion on daily life, through meeting Jesus in prayer we foster the bond between life and faith. We have a better view how God’s grace is present and active in our daily life.

Every day we pray a theme and a Gospel, we celebrate the Eucharist and have a meeting with a spiritual director who helps us find God in our lives.

Periods of 3, 5, 8 or 30 days are available upon request.
